Agent University

Digital employees need onboarding too.

Deploying an AI agent does not mean that the agent understands how the organization works.

Agent University provides a structured training and certification process for AI agents. Agents can be trained against organizational standards, complete learning modules and take an examination.

Successful training produces a stored Diploma or Certificate that demonstrates completion of the onboarding process.

Digital Workforce therefore manages not only agent deployment, but also agent readiness.

Human + AI Collaboration

People remain part of the operating model. Employees can delegate work to agents through the web interface or communicate with governed agents through Telegram.

The same task remains visible inside Digital Workforce with execution status, response, model information and activity history.

Telegram interactions use the same governed agent environment and create the same traceable task records as interactions initiated through the platform.

Agent-to-Agent Work

Digital Workforce allows AI agents to work with other AI agents. Organizations define explicit interaction relationships between agents.

One agent can delegate work to another according to the structure defined for the project.

Digital Workforce distinguishes between the designed organizational structure and the actual activity between agents, making AI collaboration observable rather than invisible.

Run on Your Infrastructure

Digital Workforce is designed for organizations that want operational control over where their AI workforce runs. Agents can execute on organization-controlled hosts.

Deployment is managed remotely over SSH, allowing agents to operate without exposing public agent gateway ports. Multiple agents can operate on the same host while maintaining separate agent state and services.
